All prices in Singapore dollars. GST is applied at checkout where applicable. Payment is handled by Stripe on their hosted checkout page — card, PayNow and supported digital wallets. You will see every method available to you before you confirm. SGAI Studio never sees or stores your card details.

Delivered as a working app
Every report is an interactive report-app at a private URL on sgai.sg — not a slide deck. It stays live for 12 months, and you can share the link with your team, your bank or your board.
Turnaround starts on scoping
We reply within one business day of purchase to confirm scope. The stated turnaround runs from that confirmation, not from payment — so a slow reply from us never eats your clock.
Refunds, plainly
Full refund if you cancel before research begins. 50% if you cancel after that but before delivery. If we miss the stated turnaround by more than five business days through no fault of yours, you can ask for the full amount back.
