Terms of Service

1. Services

SGAI Studio Pte Ltd (“SGAI Studio”) provides bespoke AI design, development, deployment, and implementation services for Singapore-registered businesses, and sells Deep-Context intelligence reports as a fixed-price product (see section 3). Where a client engagement involves an AI build that qualifies on its own merits for a Singapore government grant programme (for example, PSG, EDG, ECI, AI Trailblazers, AI Singapore 100E), SGAI Studio may also prepare the corresponding grant application paperwork as part of the engagement. SGAI Studio is a private company and is not a government agency, nor an agent of any government agency.

2. Fees

SGAI Studio charges scope-based project fees for AI build work, agreed in writing in advance with each client. Deep-Context intelligence reports are sold at the fixed prices published on our pricing page. All prices are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD), and GST is applied at checkout where applicable. Grant application paperwork, where prepared as part of a qualifying build engagement, is included with the build at no separate fee. SGAI Studio does not charge success-based or contingent fees calculated as a percentage of approved grant amounts. Free eligibility assessments carry no obligation.

3. Deep-Context Intelligence Reports — Purchase and Delivery

Each Deep-Context intelligence report is a bespoke research product delivered as an interactive report-app hosted at a private URL on sgai.sg. Reports are not delivered as physical goods and nothing is shipped.

After purchase, SGAI Studio will contact the email address given at checkout within one (1) business day to confirm the scope of the report. The published turnaround period runs from the date scope is confirmed in writing, not from the date of payment. Where a buyer does not respond to scoping enquiries, the turnaround period does not begin.

The report-app remains accessible at its private URL for twelve (12) months from delivery. Buyers may share the URL and its contents within their own organisation and with their own professional advisers, financiers and board. Buyers may not resell the report or republish it publicly in whole or substantial part without written permission.

The Bespoke Intelligence tier includes one (1) round of revisions if requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery. The Strategic Deep-Dive tier is scoped and priced individually before any payment is taken.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Because each report is researched specifically for the buyer, refund entitlement depends on how much work has been performed:

  • Before research begins — cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • After research begins but before delivery — cancel and receive a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid.
  • After delivery — the report is complete and no refund is available. Where the tier includes revisions, those remain available as described in section 3.
  • If SGAI Studio is late — if we deliver more than five (5) business days after the end of the published turnaround period, for reasons not caused by the buyer or by the buyer’s delay in confirming scope or providing information, the buyer may request and will receive a full refund.

To cancel or request a refund, email jay@sgai.sg from the address used at checkout. We will confirm receipt within one (1) business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and typically appear within five (5) to ten (10) business days depending on the payment method and the buyer’s bank or wallet provider.

5. Payments

Payments for Deep-Context intelligence reports are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s hosted checkout pages. The payment methods available to a buyer are displayed on that checkout page before the payment is confirmed. SGAI Studio does not receive, handle or store payment card numbers. Project engagements invoiced separately are payable by bank transfer against a written scope of work.

6. No Guarantee of Grant Approval

SGAI Studio makes no representation or guarantee that any Singapore government grant application will be approved, nor as to any quantum of funding that may be awarded. All grant decisions are made independently by the relevant government agency on the merits of the underlying project and the applicant. Any indicative funding figures provided by SGAI Studio (including via the eligibility check or calculator) are estimates only and are not commitments by SGAI Studio or by any government agency.

7. Accuracy

Grant information on this website is for reference purposes. We make every effort to keep information current, but grant programmes may change without notice. Always verify with the relevant government agency. Intelligence reports cite their sources so that every material claim can be independently checked; they are research inputs to a commercial decision, not a warranty of any commercial outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

SGAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or reliance on information provided on this platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
